I started out plumbing in the 70’s. I have since opened my business in 1989. I am fortunate and proud of my hard working team. I have been married for 25 years and am the father of 2 daughters. I enjoy golfing when I get time off from work.
Paul Dollar: General Manager
I started plumbing in 1981. I obtained my Journeyman license in 1994, Masters Plumbing Contractors license in 2002. I have served in the United States Army from 1984 – 1988. I enjoy managing and training my technicians. The time that I do have off I go fishing!! I am married with 2 children.
Bill Kane: Technician
Went to school in 1980 at PVTI in Largo, FL. Worked in Florida for 10 years. I received my gas contractor certification in 1989. Moved to California in 1991, became a union plumber with local 761. I enjoy being a plumber.
Carlos Garcia: Technician
I have been with the company for several years. I enjoy doing repipes. I am the father of 1 daughter.
Dan Chauvette: Technician/Field Supervisor
I’ve been in plumbing full time since 1984. All aspects including new construction, commercial new construction, a/c, heat, well pumps, control wiring. Flat rate service plumbing for 17 years. Married for 17 years and I am the father of twins a boy & a girl. I love spending time with my family camping.
David Drake: Technician/Field Supervisor - 13 years experience.
I started as an apprentice in commercial & residential applications and received my journeyman license in 1999. I have worked in commercial and residential repairs. My specialty is building long lasting relationships and having a satisfied client.

George Henderson: Technician - 18 years experience
(10 years in construction and 8 years in service). My experience includes drain cleaning, water heaters, toilet rebuild, faucet install, water service, garbage disposal install, dish washer install.
Jerry Allen: Technician - 6 years experience

Josh Wille: Technician/Apprentice - 3 years experience
I started as a dispatcher and customer service. I have worked with a water damage company and being involved in plumbing disasters I gained a real appreciation for the technical diagnostic skills and hands on plumbing fixes.
Mario Martinez: Technician - 13 years experience
Third generation plumber. When I go to a customer’s home, I will take care of their problem and show them the best we can offer. I will make sure that before I leave the customers home, they are going to be happy and 100% satisfied.
Steve Boynton: Technician
I am a native Floridian. My father was a service plumber. I’ve been plumbing since 1998. I started out in new construction and transitioning to service in 2000. I have been doing service plumbing ever since. I have just recently been married and am the father of 1 child.
Tom Webster: Technician - 25 years experience
Experience includes septic systems, lead piping, leak detection, standard repair service. Relating to my customers is by far the most enjoyable part of my profession. Sharing life experience & hearing my customer’s ideas and thoughts make my job the best there is.
Trevor Abernathy: Technician - 6 years expericence
Experience includes new construction and residential plumbing. Certifications in Moen, Rinnei water heaters, Harmony water conditioning, leak detection & gas lines.
Tyler Jose: Technician - 30 years experience
Served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. Experience includes new construction, service & repair. I enjoy spending my free time with my 2 sons, playing golf and fishing.
